Items must be in their original condition — unworn or unused, with tags intact and in the original packaging — to be eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. A valid original receipt is required.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
